| Colour Codes Explained |

Some wigs/hairpieces (Akzente collection) have more than one colour incorporated into them to give a more natural look. For instance, colour code 4/6 means it is a mixture of those two colours. If the colour code is 30/130-33 it means that there is an even mixture of colours 30 and 130 and a small amount of colour 33. Basically “/” means an even mix of the two colours and “ – “ means a small amount of the colour is added.

| Colour charts tend to look different depending on each individual computer’s resolutions. The colour charts on these web pages are meant as a guide and will be fine if an exact match is not essential. For an accurate match please feel free to send us a swatch of your own hair and we will find the best match possible. This is particularly important when purchasing hairpieces as the colour needs to be exact.

| Cut a sample from the front or top of your hair - 1" long, and if possible and as thick as a pencil. (If you have thinning hair on top, cut from the back but remember that the colour will differ to the colour at the crown of your head). Tape this to a piece of paper with your name and address on and the colour numbers from the colour chart that are closest to your own colour and send the sample with your order. We'll find your wig in a colour that best matches your own hair sample! Please ring for advice if you are unsure.
