Shipping & Delivery

Any estimated delivery times listed on each item is for UK orders only. Shipping abroad will of course take longer. You will be sent a tracking number when your order has been shipped. Once your parcel has left the UK it is totally in the hands of the postal service of the destination country. We have no control over when it will arrive. Items usually take 7 - 10 days but it can take longer.

We currently deliver to all areas of the UK and Ireland. We are happy to ship items abroad but you MUST choose the NON UK shipping option. Any orders placed from abroad without the correct shipping selected will be cancelled.
All items are 2 – 7 working days in the UK but can be sooner. Next day delivery is on sale items only. We send items special delivery due to the high cost of the item. This does not mean that you will get your item the following day, just that it WILL be sent next day delivery once we have your item ready to ship. Most items DO ship within 4 working days. Our suppliers from the USA may take a little longer. Should there be an unexpected delay from our suppliers, we will contact you immediately by email so it is important you use a valid email address that you check regularly and equally important that you check any junk folders.

WE DO NOT SEND OUT SHAMPOOS AND OTHER BOTTLED GOODS ABROAD. THEY WEIGH TOO HEAVY AND WOULD COST MORE TO SEND. IT WOULD BE CHEAPER TO BUY THESE ITEMS IN YOUR OWN COUNTRY..

  • Delivery is charged at £5.50 for 500g Special Delivery in the UK. This may be more if you order other items.
  • The postage is calculated automatically.
  • For orders from elsewhere, postage is calculated automatially when you add items to your basket and check out.
  • Orders in the UK are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
  • Orders sent abroad are sent using Royal Mail International Signed For or Airsure.
  • We regret we are unable to offer timed or weekend deliveries.
  • Royal Mail do not guarantee Saturday deliveries.
  • Next day delivery orders MUST be received before 1 PM to allow time for the order to be processed and packaged. Any orders received after 1 PM will be sent out the following day.
  • Next day delivery applies to the UK only and only for in stock/sale items.
  • Once an order has left our office an automated email will be sent to you.
    Please use a valid email address. Check your junk folder if you use one of the free email services suh as Hotmail or Yahoo. If there are any problems with your order we will contact you by email.

  • Returns & Replacements
    We hope that you will understand out reasons for having a strict refund and returns policy. This is due to hygiene reasons and to ensure our customers are offered products in first class 100% re-saleable condition. We support the introduction of the Consumer Protection (distance selling) regulations and in line with this, we offer a refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt of your wig or hairpiece. Goods may be returned in this time as long as you have notified us of your intention to return the wig. However, due to hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund wigs that have been brushed/combed, worn, cut or restyled,. Wigs that have been combed are no longer new and will not be refunded. Any items returned smelling of tobacco, perfume, hairspray and body odour will not be accepted for refund or exchange. All good are inspected prior to dispatch and must be returned in the same new condition as received by you and must be complete with tags, hair nets and packaging. If the tags have been removed (or tied on afterwards) or if your purchase is not in it’s original condition, it will be returned to you and no refund made.
    You are responsible for paying the return delivery costs. Items MUST be returned using recorded delivery to ensure the item is delivery. Any item not received by us will not be refunded. The sender is responsible for claiming for lost items.
    All goods are inspected prior to dispatch and must be returned in the same new condition as received by you and must be complete with any hang tags and packaging. THERE IS A 10% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL RETURNED PRODUCTS.

    This is waived if the item is returned within 48 hours in brand new, factory condition.


    We refund the purchase price of the returned item (less re-stocking fee if applied). A small charge towards postage is deducted (£3) from the original purchase price.
  • THERE IS NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND ON SALE ITEMS.
  • THERE IS NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND ON ACCESSORIES.
  • WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FROM ABROAD.
  • If goods received are faulty, we will refund you in full by crediting the card you paid for your purchase with.
    · If you have any problems with your order, please call 01608 683379 between Monday to Friday, 9:30am until 4:00pm. We will investigate and respond to any complaints within five working days. All our products are carefully checked and leave our premises in perfect condition. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

    Ordering
    You cannot collect your order from our premises. We are purely an Internet company.
  • WE CANNOT SEND OUT SEVERAL WIGS FOR A CHOICE TO BE MADE AND THE REMAINDER RETURNED.
    If you are so unsure of your choice, you would be far better to go to a shop where you will be able to choose a style and colour easier. We will send out two wigs if necessary.
    A 10% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE APPLIED IF ONE OR BOTH WIGS ARE RETURNED. THE 48 HOUR RETURNS DOES NOT APPLY WHEN MORE THAN ONE ITEM IS ORDERED.
    We would recommend first time wig wearers to always call at a shop first.
    PLEASE ensure you give a correct email address and check your junk folder if you have one. If there is a problem with your order we will contact you by email rather than telephone due to the personal nature of the item. We appreciate some customers do not tell anyone they are wig wearers and we do not wish to cause any embarrassing situations. If we find it impossible to contact you by email we MAY send a text but it is rare. If your order has been cancelled it could be that we have tried unsuccessfully to make contact.
    We deliver to the UK and most EU countries. However, please be advised that we cannot accept returns from abroad.
